Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you? No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest.
Where can I get updates on my order? We put together a shipping guide and you can track your order here.
What is my tracking number? Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders HERE.
How long will it take for my package to arrive? Standard shipping time is 5 to 10 business day from the date that your item is shipped out, but can take up to 21 business day shipping from China, not necessarily from the date that the order was placed. Depending on demand and your location, delivery time will vary.
What is your change and return policy? If you need to makes changes to your order you will need to contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped. You can view our full refund policy here: Refund Policy
My item arrived damaged, what should I do? We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, sometimes items arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment. If this happens to you, please reach out with your order number, and a picture of the damaged item.
Where is PATROLFIT located? We are based in Europe. Our fulfillment centers are located in Europe, China and USA.
